Industry Served

Steel

This project involved the engineering, manufacturing, assembly, testing, and commissioning of a high-capacity, ultra-high-purity PSA nitrogen generation plant to support annealing furnace operations in a continuous galvanizing line. The system was designed to deliver nitrogen at a flow rate of 560 Nm³/hr with a purity level of 99.9995% and an ultra-low dew point of –80°C ADP, ensuring precise atmosphere control during critical heat treatment processes.

The plant was fully fabricated and assembled in-house, followed by rigorous inspection and performance testing prior to dispatch. Engineering emphasis was placed on maintaining extremely low moisture levels, stable purity control, and consistent flow under continuous furnace operation. These parameters are essential to prevent oxidation, surface defects, and metallurgical inconsistencies during annealing and galvanizing.

The installation was executed as a compact, skid-mounted system, enabling efficient site integration and reduced commissioning time. The project demonstrates the capability of Nuberg Engineering Pvt Ltd to deliver advanced nitrogen generation solutions for demanding steel processing applications, where process stability, surface quality, and operational reliability are critical.
