This project involved the engineering, manufacturing, assembly, testing, and commissioning of two PSA nitrogen generation plants, each with a capacity of 150 Nm³/hr at 99.99% purity, to support lithium-ion battery cell manufacturing operations. The nitrogen generation systems were designed to provide a highly reliable and continuous supply of high-purity nitrogen, which is critical for maintaining controlled environments during sensitive battery fabrication processes.

The plants were fabricated and assembled in-house, followed by comprehensive inspection and performance testing prior to dispatch. Engineering focus was placed on purity consistency, low moisture content, system redundancy, and uninterrupted operation to meet the stringent requirements of lithium-ion battery manufacturing.

The installation was executed using skid-mounted systems, enabling smooth site integration and faster commissioning. The project highlights the capability of Nuberg Engineering Pvt Ltd to deliver high-purity nitrogen generation solutions tailored to advanced manufacturing environments.
