VPSA Oxygen Plants
VPSA oxygen plants operate at near-atmospheric pressure using special adsorbents (molecular sieve and activated alumina) to selectively remove nitrogen, carbon dioxide, and water from air, producing 90–95% pure oxygen. The system cycles between adsorption and vacuum desorption in two or more towers, ensuring continuous operation with low energy consumption and high efficiency. High-efficiency molecular sieves (service life >10 years) maximize utilization, while a patented mechanical pressing device prevents bed movement and powdering.
