This project involved the engineering, manufacturing, assembly, testing, and commissioning of a PSA nitrogen generation plant designed to support pharmaceutical packaging operations. The system was engineered to deliver nitrogen at a capacity of 30 Nm³/hr with a purity level of 99.8%, ensuring a reliable and continuous supply of inert gas for sensitive medicine packaging processes.

The plant was fully fabricated and assembled in-house, followed by comprehensive inspection and functional testing prior to dispatch. Engineering focus was placed on purity stability, controlled moisture levels, and consistent performance to meet the stringent quality and hygiene requirements of the pharmaceutical industry. The system was designed for ease of operation and dependable performance under continuous production conditions.

The installation was executed as a compact, skid-mounted package, allowing smooth site integration and faster commissioning.
