This project involved the engineering, manufacturing, assembly, testing, and commissioning of a PSA nitrogen generation plant to support critical purging requirements for an HCL furnace application. The system was designed to deliver a continuous nitrogen supply at a capacity of 100 Nm³/hr with a purity level of 99.8%, ensuring safe and effective inerting during furnace operations.

The complete plant was fabricated and assembled in-house, followed by thorough inspection and performance testing before dispatch. This approach enabled smooth site installation and accelerated commissioning. Engineering focus was placed on system reliability, purity control, and operational safety to meet the demanding requirements of furnace purging applications in a continuous industrial environment.

The installation was executed in a compact, skid-mounted configuration, allowing efficient utilization of available plant space while ensuring ease of operation and maintenance.  It demonstrates the capability of Nuberg Engineering Pvt Ltd to deliver application-specific nitrogen generation solutions tailored for critical safety and process requirements.
