This project involved the engineering, manufacturing, assembly, testing, and commissioning of a high-purity PSA nitrogen generation plant designed to support furnace cooling operations in a glass wool manufacturing facility. The system was engineered to deliver nitrogen at a capacity of 40 Nm³/hr with an ultra-high purity level of 99.999%, ensuring a controlled and inert environment for effective furnace cooling and safe operation.

The plant was fully fabricated and assembled in-house, followed by detailed inspection and performance testing prior to dispatch. Engineering focus was placed on achieving stable purity, consistent flow, and reliable system performance under high-temperature industrial conditions. The design ensures controlled heat management while minimizing oxidation risks in furnace zones critical to glass wool production.

The installation was executed as a compact, skid-mounted unit, allowing smooth site integration and faster commissioning. This project demonstrates the capability of Nuberg Engineering Ltd to deliver high-purity, application-specific nitrogen generation solutions tailored for demanding thermal processes in the glass wool manufacturing industry.
