This project involved the engineering, manufacturing, assembly, testing, and commissioning of a PSA nitrogen generation plant (Dx. model) designed to support nitrogen requirements for a galvanizing furnace application in the steel industry. The system was engineered to deliver a stable nitrogen supply at a capacity of 500 Nm³/hr, ensuring effective inerting and atmosphere control during high-temperature galvanizing operations.

The plant was fully fabricated and assembled in-house, followed by comprehensive inspection and performance testing prior to dispatch. The design incorporated a no purge loss configuration, enabling improved nitrogen recovery and enhanced energy efficiency. Engineering emphasis was placed on operational reliability, purity stability, and safe performance under continuous furnace operating conditions.

The installation was executed as a compact, skid-mounted package, enabling seamless site integration and reduced commissioning time.
