This project involved the engineering, manufacturing, assembly, testing, and commissioning of two PSA nitrogen generation plants, each designed for a capacity of 650 Nm³/hr at 99.5% purity, to support continuous nitrogen demand at a large-scale chemical processing facility. The systems were developed to ensure uninterrupted nitrogen availability for critical process applications, while maintaining stable performance under varying operational loads.

Both plants were fabricated and assembled in-house, followed by comprehensive testing and performance validation prior to dispatch. This approach ensured full system integrity, reduced on-site installation complexity, and enabled faster commissioning.

The installation was executed using skid-mounted configurations, allowing efficient use of available plant space while ensuring ease of maintenance and operational flexibility. The project demonstrates the capability of Nuberg Engineering Ltd to deliver high-capacity, parallel PSA nitrogen generation systems for large industrial clients, while meeting strict project schedules, technical specifications, and operational reliability requirements.
