This project involved the engineering, manufacturing, assembly, testing, and commissioning of a heated-type air dryer unit designed to deliver moisture-free compressed air for pneumatic operations in an industrial processing environment. The system was engineered to handle a flow rate of 200 CFM, while achieving stringent moisture removal levels to protect pneumatic equipment and instrumentation.

The air dryer unit was fully fabricated and assembled in-house, followed by detailed inspection and performance testing prior to dispatch. The design was optimized to achieve a pressure dew point of –50°C ADP, ensuring reliable operation even under demanding environmental and process conditions.

The installation was executed as a compact, skid-mounted package, enabling seamless site integration and reduced commissioning time. The project demonstrates the capability of Nuberg Engineering Pvt Ltd to deliver high-performance air drying solutions tailored to application-specific requirements, ensuring consistent and long-term operational reliability.
