This project involved the engineering, manufacturing, assembly, and commissioning of an ammonia cracker–based hydrogen generation plant designed to supply high-purity hydrogen for industrial applications. The system was configured to produce hydrogen at a capacity of 50 Nm³/hr with a purity level of 98%, ensuring a reliable and continuous on-site hydrogen supply for process requirements.
The plant integrates ammonia cracking, purification, and hydrogen handling systems into a compact and efficient configuration. All major equipment and subsystems were fabricated, assembled, and tested prior to dispatch, enabling smooth site installation and accelerated commissioning.
The installation was executed using a skid-mounted layout, suitable for industrial environments with space and operational constraints. The project demonstrates the capability of Nuberg Engineering Ltd to deliver engineered hydrogen generation systems based on ammonia cracking technology.
