This project involved the engineering, manufacturing, assembly, testing, and commissioning of a high-purity nitrogen gas generation plant designed to support purging and blanketing operations in a polymer reactor system. The plant was engineered to deliver nitrogen at a capacity of 7.5 Nm³/hr with a purity level of 99.999%, ensuring a stable and inert atmosphere for safe and controlled polymer processing.

The system was fully fabricated and assembled in-house, followed by thorough inspection and performance testing prior to dispatch. Engineering emphasis was placed on purity consistency, reliable flow control, and safe operation to meet the stringent process requirements of polymer reactors, where oxygen and moisture ingress can negatively impact product quality and process safety.

The installation was executed as a compact, skid-mounted package, enabling easy integration into the existing plant layout and faster commissioning. This project highlights the capability of Nuberg Engineering Pvt Ltd to deliver precision nitrogen generation solutions for specialty process applications within the yarn and textile manufacturing sector, where operational reliability and product integrity are critical.
