NITROGEN MX-MODEL
WHAT IS THE NITROGEN MX MODEL?
The Nitrogen MX Model is the most common equipment for the production of Nitrogen Gas. This is because it requires only compressed air in order to produce Nitrogen Gas at the desired flow. Here, Nitrogen is produced by PSA technology in a twin-tower bed filled with molecular sieve.

Nitrogen is generated on-site from atmospheric air by installing a Captive PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) Generator. Air is compressed and cleaned off suspended particles. This air is passed through a column of molecular sieve to adsorb oxygen and deliver high purity Nitrogen at the outlet. This is a twin tower system. This means that while one tower is in adsorption mode, the other one is in regeneration mode.
